Accommodations
Accommodations in Wellfleet for June 21 wedding of Sasha and Sydney
All are nearby our home, bike trails, nature walks, ponds, spacious beaches & peaceful surroundings. Make your arrangements early. Lodging is limited in the area and does fill up on weekends.
Distances are from Mandel Motzkin house in the woods on 90 Marven Way. Wedding is at 125 Marven Way.

The Moorings Car: 1.5
miles, 5 minutes , walk: .9 mile, 20 minutes along water’s edge over foot
bridge.
149 Commercial Street. Sydney and Sasha have arranged for a big shared rental for the week, 3 days on either side of the wedding date. This is an 1850’s sea captain’s house and compound with cottages and space for camping. There are 11 bedrooms, 5 full baths, sleeps 12-21. The Moorings is in town on the way to the town pier on the harbor. It is a walk along Commercial Street, over Uncle Tim’s bridge and along the water to the wedding site and our house. No need to drive. It will be the site of our barbecue on Friday night. For cost and more info, check with Sydney.

We have 10 rooms blocked there for $148 for two queen or king and $168 for deluxe (2 queen with pullout sofa) with a two night minimum. Book these on line. Virginia says: “Please have your guests mention in the "comment” box that they will be attending the Mandel wedding.” Southfleet is family owned, on Route 6, next to Van Rensselaers Restaurant, across from the road to Marconi Beach of the Cape Cod National Seashore. http://www.southfleetmotorinn.com/

The Four Points is one of only two full service hotels in the outer cape. Cindy says, “You must call the hotel and reference the Mandel-Tanigawa group room block to reserve their room at the contracted rate.” Rooms for our group are $175 at the Hotel and $109 for their Ocean Park Motel next door.

Wellfleet is all about rental houses in season and our date is on the
edge of season. Rentals are generally weekly, Sunday to Sunday or Saturday to
Saturday which is not that convenient for a Saturday event, though some list as
